Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support a large healthcare insurance company with their marketing initiatives across direct mail, email marketing, microsites, and other collateral. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience managing marketing projects from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review Excel sheets containing pricing and metadata about healthcare packages to ensure accuracy and quality.



• Proofread marketing campaign lists and PDF proofs for brochures, direct mailers, and other collateral.

• Update project plans in Adobe Workfront and maintain clear documentation of project milestones.

• Provide timely project status updates to program managers.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate marketing deliverables.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas that enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of marketing coordination experience.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent proofreading and list-review skills.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront is preferred.
• Background in healthcare, regulated industries, or insurance-related marketing is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Additional Information:
• Candidates will receive training on the healthcare insurance industry and terminology during their first few weeks.
• This role is 100% remote with a start date of April 1st.
